Rose water is a flavored water made by steeping rose petals in water. Maintains pH balance of the skin, tones, hydrates and soothes skin. Traditionally used in cuisines, and desserts. Add a few drops into basmati rice, to make traditional fragrant rice. Can be used to steep saffron water, add a few drops with saffron and warm water, to then add into basmati rice, or into desserts like rice pudding, or simple sugar syrup flavored with cardamom.
