Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable delivery to your doorstep. Learn about our shipping process and delivery times.

General Information: We process our orders within 24 hours to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders Before 3 PM

For example, if an order is placed on Monday before 3 PM, we will pack your item on Monday and ship it that same day.

Orders After 3 PM

For example, if an order is placed on Monday at 3 PM, we will pack your item on Monday and ship it first thing in the morning on Tuesday!

Weekend Orders: All orders placed after 3 PM (Ghana Time) on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, with the exception of national holidays.

Delivery Times

Within Accra

Delivery within 24 hours for all orders within the Greater Accra region.

Other Regions in Ghana

Delivery takes 1 to 2 days. Can be delivered by FEDEX or sent via bus station upon customer request.

International Orders

Important Information for International Customers:

Customers outside Ghana are responsible for customs & duties if any apply
You will be liable for any taxes and duties (e.g. VAT, customs duty, etc.) that apply to your purchase
DHL: Delivers within five business days and is very reliable
Shipping addresses outside Ghana are not eligible for free shipping

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address.
